It's just a short walk to the nearest ski lift, allowing you to hit the slopes in no time. the cable car is conveniently close, providing easy access to breathtaking views. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to relax after a day on the mountain. the friendly staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast spread is delicious and varied, featuring fresh bread, eggs, and homemade jam. You'll also be treated to stunning views from your room.

The hallways occasionally have a faint smell of cigarette smoke.

Nice clean room with beautiful view. Near to the cable car and to the spa. Nice personnel. Breakfasts were delicious. The fridge was available. We really enjoyed the stay here.

I would welcome to have the microwave available for use as the fridge that was at the corridor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location near the cable car to the nearest ski lift was perfect for us. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very hospitable, and prepared for us a very nice breakfast each morning. It was very comfortable, and it felt like home. Having the ski storage room was nice, as well as a parking space in front. The price was quite good compared to other options in the area. We visited during the Ski/Thermal Weeks, so our lift tickets were included in the price, as well as a 50% discount at the thermal baths. The location was great - just across the street from the slopes/Kaiserburg gondola and the thermal bath!

It would have been nice to have WiFi access, and the rooms could use a little update.
